Spirit into Form resonates ancient layers of culture with contemporary creativity.

Spirit into Form (SIF) is a multidisciplinary performance project envisioned by RUAHU.
Rooted in both Cambodian and Japanese cultural backgrounds,
RUAHU has held a deep connection with Cambodia from the very beginning.

By bringing together Cambodia’s traditional textiles,
cultural heritage, craftsmanship and knowledge of living with nature,

with Japanese sensibilities and contemporary creativity,
we seek not to reproduce tradition, but to create new forms of expression that carry it into the future.
As a symbolic project embodying this vision, SIF is envisioned to take place in Cambodia in 2027.

The entire space — including the audience — becomes part of a single expression,
creating an experience where humanity and nature, memory and the future, reconnect.
